What is WE’RE?
WE’RE is a statewide coalition of private-sector employers, business leaders, and employees—from large and small, local and global companies—committed to building workplaces and expanding opportunity for all Washingtonians. We bring people together across businesses and sectors to drive meaningful progress toward a more just, inclusive, and prosperous future.
Why does WE’RE exist?
Because inclusion doesn’t stop at statements—it starts with people inside organizations who are ready to lead, learn, and act. WE’RE supports our coalition’s companies and their teams with tools, networks, and shared accountability to help advance fairness and access across Washington.
Who is part of WE’RE?
Our members include government agencies, private and public companies, nonprofits, community-based organizations, and higher education institutions. What unites us is the belief that inclusive opportunity for all Washingtonians strengthens our economy and communities.
