Leadership Development Program: Information Session
The WERE Leadership & Development Program, offered in partnership with four renowned Washington business schools, is designed to equip professionals with essential emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and negotiation skills within an equity-focused framework. The program aims to enhance the representation of BIPOC employees across recruitment, retention, leadership, and promotion. Participating mentee/mentor pairs join a comprehensive 10-week course, blending two in-person sessions with eight online classes, to earn a digital skill badge and certificate.
