The 2025 Fall Employer Resource Group Summit brings together ERG leaders, members, executive sponsors, allies, and new participants from across WE’RE member organizations. Whether you’re helping lead an ERG, supporting as a sponsor, championing inclusion as an ally, or just getting started, this summit creates space to share insights, strengthen connections, and shape a stronger, more connected community of practice.
